Rick Harrison of “Pawn Stars” recently purchased a rare $1,000 bill from 1918.  He sent it to the Federal Reserve for evaluation and grading where government moneymen recorded it as “25/very fine.”  Harrison paid $2,500 for the collector’s item and estimates it’s worth $7,000 or more.  That’s quite a bit more than its face value!
